XOCHIMILCO TOUR AND CITY TOUR
In the territory of Xochimilco are fourteen peoples who retain many features of their traditional culture and Indian heritage, is particularly important for the existence of Chinampas which testify of an ancient Mesoamerican agricultural technique that was developed and shared by several villages of valley of Mexico. It is therefore one of the major tourist destinations of Mexico that attracts not both Mexican and foreign visitors. In order to contribute to the upkeep of the lake, UNESCO proclaimed the chinampas of Xochimilco a World Heritage Site in 1987. For all that is ideal to meet and shop for local crafts.
Meet the archaeological site of Teotihuacan: Place where gods were made, (City of Gods) is the name given to what was one of the largest cities in Mesoamerica during the pre-Hispanic era. Archaeological monuments area was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987.
